good morning welcome to Saturday it is
it's an okay day today actually it's not
it's not too bad it's not too shabby
um I am on my way really quick so I know
if you guys remember some of you guys
might not have even seen it I got so
many new subscribers so some of you guys
might not even seen but I had went to
Dollar Tree I had a week and a half two
weeks ago maybe and I bought all Maya um
a bunch of Valentine's stuff for his
school okay and well
my son tends to tell me after the fact
mom we're not doing Valentine's this
year boy
are you serious right now so my child
though decided he wanted to ya know get
into the Valentine stuff with all the
Valentine's candies and whale help
himself so I so I ravaged up some of the
stuff that I got from Dollar Tree three
packages of things and I'm gonna take
him back the rest the kids had fun
playing with the Valentine cards and
having them shredded all over my house
and had fun eating most of the suckers
that were in the package but I had
bought like
pencils
I think about it there for a minute um I
had bought some pencils and suckers and
erasers and then goody bags because I
was gonna put everything in good events
and then he could fill it up and just
give it to each of his friends our
classmates or whatever but it since my
son is too cool this year and it's in
4th grade I guess they don't do
Valentine's goodness wouldn't you know
so I am gonna take those things back
really quick just because I'm like why
am I gonna stay here and just let them
just sit oh hey let it go to waste
so I'm gonna take those back and then SR
woke up begging for doughnuts and I'm
like doughnuts girl where you getting
off a doughnuts like we have not had
doughnuts and like ages so mama to the
rescue
yes I'm gonna run to Safeway and just
pick up a dozen of doughnuts for them I
already ate I had what did I have
oatmeal and mighty as always that's
always what I have so I have that and
sorry 230 I'm not even hungry so I
probably won't eat until later
I hate this corner I can't but we're
gonna do it anyways so I'm just gonna
run to Safeway
go grab that the donuts and stop at
Dollar Tree really quick and return
these and then shoot home because all he
has some business that he needs to do
today so I figured well I'm just gonna
go and do this and that way then that
can be done and then after that I don't
have nothing to do today
absolutely Zehra Isabeau so today's
gonna be a challange
chillax today the last couple of days
have actually been really chillaxed with
vlogging which I'm really sorry you guys
like I just cuz I guess the weather's
been nasty and you know how that goes
with me when it's nasty I just try not
to go out I don't want to take the
babies out and all he's been working a
lot and so that leaves me with no car
we normally I mean you would think you
know my husband owns a car business you
think we'd have like piles of cars up in
our house but ya don't work that way
they're all sitting I has locked so I
told him the other day I was like babe
you have got to bring home a car for
either me to use or you to use somebody
to use because I'm going nuts being
stuck in this house but then it's like
what am I gonna go oh what do I really
need to do everything we do we do
together and when he is out at work it's
you know time that I spend with the kids
or whatever working finally
but I will say my schedule has been
working really well you guys I have been
really sticking to it the vlogging not
so much because I kind of just do the
days where I'm doing something I will
vlog if it's really a day that I'm just
kind of just having you know a down date
then those are just days that I am doing
sit-down videos so either or you know
I'm always got something going up but I
just don't know from day to day whether
it's gonna be a sit-down video a vlog
video a cooking video or a sit-down with
me and all a chitchat video story time
video and he has been working a lot
lately so that has taken him away from
being able to do the story times and I'm
like I mean you got him all started on
him and now you go in my eye on all of
us so hopefully he can eventually be
able to do that
I really just don't want to deal with
people and the whole crowd so I'm hoping
it's not busy I can just get in and get
out that's what it's all about
I had my hello my hub oh my husband
get me my band out today from the safe
okay buddy I don't know what you're
doing but you're flying in here this is
my like my anniversary band I got it a
few years ago with my other band got the
other band I got I got it
soldered to my ring so I only have one
loose band but I've been putting the
loose band on because it's just been
making life easier for me due to my
fingers are just fluctuating way too
much way way way too much to be able to
do anything else so okay let me go in
there I might vlog I don't know just
depends on how busy they are so I didn't
want to like talk while I was in the
store cuz I always felt awkward like I
feel like people are sitting there
staring at me while I am talking but
they did have quite a few new things
come out that I did not see before of
like the journals and the pins look at
all those highlighters I've never seen
that many highlighters in a dollar tree
I was like actually really shocked to
say the least
so I just went around and looked through
everything seeing what they had picked
up a few items for myself that I needed
but I thought that I would just show you
guys a little bit but I'm gonna play
some music and we'll just watch through
the store

oh my gosh you guys oh my god well
having fun with her engine
whoa we okay you guys hi just got in my
car I went to Dollar Tree and then from
there I went to Safeway really quick and
grabbed my baby girls and donuts that
she requested the things we do for our
kiddos
um anyways so I just went got the donuts
and they had a cell going on well no one
typically say it's a cell but I guess
for Safeway it would be considered a
cell you get 10 for 10 on the ice waters
ice breakers so they're typically the
ice that are ice they're typically the
waters that are carbonated which I don't
drink very often because of my tummy
but what mmm when I really am needing
that carbonated drink I will turn to one
just to have it so they're nice to be on
hand when I want one just so that way
you know I mean I'm not at all tempted
to like go and take a drunken soda like
it it doesn't even faze me I think I've
had like one or two times where I like
legit was really dying for a SEPA soda
that's been a while it's pretty much out
of my tastebuds I think I don't know if
I could even tell you if I really
remember what the taste would be because
it's been so long but I I just don't
I don't typically think about it but
when I want something cold that's
carbonated normally for some reason I
find myself wanting it on Friday nights
and I don't know what the connection
between Friday nights and carbonated
drinks is but it is there so I got 10 of
those which is good all different
flavors there was one new one I had
never even seen it was cherry limeade
was one I don't think I've ever had and
if I have I don't remember and then the
other one was strawberry Kiwi I don't
remember ever having that one either so
that is what I got and then I got apples
a pound of apples because the kids and I
could eat apples for days I used to not
like apples but now I've learned to
adjust to him I still will eat raw
vegetables over apples but yeah I
haven't had a I think I have like
another thing of raw vegetables in my
fridge but I haven't eaten them because
of my belly
well it's upset Bailey but anyways I am
now going home and

earlier I'm not doing much of anything
I'm hoping to get some of my tumblr
start getting sold so I can get some
epoxy and start making my or dollars or
dollars so anywho

oh my gosh I just heard the funniest
thing well it wasn't funny but it was
kind of ironic or whatever you want to
say I don't know what word I'm thinking
of anyways so you know how they do the
90-day challenges and stuff like that so
they have a 30-day challenge that
someone was talking about on the radio
just now and the guy called in he goes
why me days into my 30-day challenge and
so you know the broadcast people were
kind of laughing and snuggle in and
stuff and he said well he said you know
I enjoy the no they said boy you're just
trying to get extra points and so he
said well you know I enjoyed this
challenge so much that I had to add my
myself and I into it so my all three of
us got 90 hours 30 days so I'm into 90
days so it's meself me myself and I each
got 30 days I was like oh my god that is
such a like a brilliant way to think
about it I guess if you think about your
system in your body you can see or three
people so me myself and I if you do 30
days for each of you that would be 90
days right that's a good way to think
about it so yeah I was like how how
clever was that
so anyways and
that was a little on the okay Amy sigh
but anywho okay I'm almost home I just
wanted to check in and tell you that
before I wouldn't I wouldn't help
because I'm good at that so okay hey you
guys so I completely forgot to put my
input for my weight loss today so I
thought that I would drop it in here

anyways I do want to make sure that I
put my weight in for this week so stay

last week I was 434 pounds this week I
am 431 pounds so that is a weight loss
of 3 pounds this week I guess I could
say that that's a pretty good number to
go down to I was hoping for more but
it's alright you know what
at least we're going down and we're not
going up you know what I do that you
know what it reminds me of well I just
totally took off what I was thinking it
wasn't gonna do how about I know give me
a little bit here there it's not better
you guys I think it's uh excuse the fact
that I don't match I don't match and you
know what right now
we're okay so oh yes look at my little
so I I bought this from the dollar from
the Dollar Tree why I bought it it's not
to pick up garbage from the floor cuz I
surely can pick my little I can bend my
butt over and pick up pieces but why I
did this cuz my husband you know only
has six five and he thinks is quite
funny
to put things up in the cupboards that
are like so high I can't reach them so
the other day I wanted to get what was
it Oh seasoning salt and there was no
way amy was gonna be able to reach that
there was oh and I couldn't climb up on
the counter like come on are you serious
right now so I got tongs I got
everything trying to get these things
down so I've seen this at the Dollar
Tree yesterday I was like hey that's
perfect
I'm gonna keep that around so when I
can't reach something up in the
cupboards I just pull it down but yeah I
was like oh he goes huh why did you buy
that and I'm like it's clearly not for
the reasons that you think it's for okay
I can bend over and I could pick up
things but why I bought this because of
you he started laughing he was like okay
whatever works um but today was a really
good day I got out I went to Dollar Tree
like I was showing you guys um see I
came home and I pretty much just I mean
I've just been kind of lounging today
and I relaxed and watched a movie oh my
gosh
I have never sat and watched a movie
home oh my gosh what a cute movie of
those Oh cute I was loving it so yeah
that was very fun very fun so we watched
that and then I cleaned up the kitchen
again I feel like it's a daily thing
with me I have to clean it up someone
told me the other day they're like you
clean too much you clean too much and
I'm like I'm sorry I don't like living
in a filthy house like it drives me
absolutely bonkers
um and it's already I mean it's hard
enough because when you have to you know
preschoolers that are in this seem like
I mean literally oh Martinez who are
like twins like they do everything
they're on the same like patterns you
know so they're doing the same things so
when you have two kids going through the
same
stage of let's get into everything and
touch everything oh yeah so it's quite
fun sometimes so yes I do clean my house
a lot but it's because I I just I don't
like having a messy house it just drives
me insane I can let it go for a little
bit but then it's like it no we've got
to get this thing cleaned up so I worked
on laundry yeah I think I have like one
or two loads left before I gotta start
all over again but today um really I
just didn't do too much because I know
tomorrow um Sunday's are usually my day
that I do like my my scrubbing like my
mopping and all of that stuff yeah so
tomorrow will be the day that I really
clean like cling cling mop and dust like
the mirrors and the windows and yeah
Sunday's is my day to actually like
Halloween stuff so other than that I
can't do much of anything tomorrow's
gonna be more of a I mean I'm still
staying home tomorrow but it's gonna be
a little bit more on the busier side
just because I've got a lot of like
chores that need to be done um I really
I was talking to Olly earlier that I
want to start doing some mill prepping
for myself and also much for the kids
because the kids are easier to cook for
but when it comes to me I find that if
Ali's not home that I tend to turn to
what the kids are eating so for instance
tonight they had chicken nuggets and
fries so what did mommy have I had
chicken nuggets I didn't I had a couple
fighters but not not many just a few but
if I'm ill prep then I can have you know
food that I like and all I have to do is
just heat it up and there I go you know
I've got my mill for the night
so I'm gonna go ahead but my problem is
here's my issue is so I love vegetables
I love salads I mean I could live on
solids but I don't know what is wrong
maybe somebody has an answer for me it
seems like every time lately that I've
been eating salad every time I finish my
salad mill within like 40 minutes from
having that salad my stomach is so upset
and it hurts and it cramps so bad and
it's like up here in the upper part of
my belly and so I've been shying away
from having salad because I feel like
it's whenever I've done avocado so I
haven't had an avocado in months because
every time I had avocados felt like
that's what was doing it so I haven't
had alpha kado but it's whenever I've
had avvocato salads and it really
doesn't matter what kind of salad is
just salads in general um so I've been
it's because I don't want an upset
stomach clearly I mean who does so I'm
just I told him I said well maybe maybe
I can do like chicken and make like a
chicken stir-fry
I don't know I'm just trying to think of
things so like anybody which I know keto
mama
I know you do meal prepping who else
does meal prepping that you guys can
shoot me some ideas I'd really
appreciate it because I would like to go
and you know get some containers I heard
that Walmart has a really good pack of
like these container type things so if
you guys could offer me some great ideas
of great meal prepping I don't like
anything that's gonna get soggy as in
like bread I'm not like on a low-carb
well yeah I am I'm I'm trying to shoot
for a little bit lesser carbs for right
now just to like not not stage my weight
loss but like
pump it up like reef kick-started or
whatever that's called um I did download
the MyFitnessPal in my phone last night
so I'm gonna get that back up and going
but I just really need to get back on
the ball get back to being more
consistent so the mill preppy and I
think will be a great thing what are
some snacks that you guys have that are
low in the carb Department but we'll
kind of substantives I keep out 1,600
that's where I'm at and that's where my
leveled out is is 1,600 so if you guys
could just shoot me some ideas I would
so appreciate it
I just you know you kind of get in those
ruts where you're just like okay I've
had the same things over and over and
over kind of getting burnt out I need to
figure out something that's a little bit
changing it up and also like I said kick
starting that weight loss again because
that's my biggest thing and I haven't
been working out much I mean I have done
a little bit but not enough but my
energy level has been so low that it's
really hard to even get the energy to do
my exercising so anyways you know I'm
just a ball of fun if you guys can shoot
me some ideas that would be awesome
another thing is you guys I'm going to
do I need to figure it out I've seen
people do it and I haven't figured it
out yet but if you're not already on my

end of this book I will be purchasing
another book similar to this one just so
we can go ahead and have this yeah take
it right there that's not mine it's
yours actually yeah shut the door please
okay so we are on January 17th for the
ones that are following along with your
book and it says protect your space and
your peace healthy boundaries are
necessary not to be vindictive or to
block everything out but to save space
for all of the good things that will
come into your life let's do that

that is so you guys this book just hits
like it's almost like it reads what we
have been talking about like that's it's
so weird how this book has been
everything that we all have been going
through and talking about and that is so
against so so true is healthy boundaries
saves room for so many good things to
come about and you know I as most of you
guys know I struggle and I still
struggle to the stay with boundaries
because I don't want to be
you know I don't want to be viewed as a
you know as a capital B or that I'm
stock up or you know that I think I'm
too good for everything you know that's
not it
it's knowing that boundaries are
something that is very important for
healthy relationships that is a number
one key thing is even in a marriage you
need to have boundaries
clearly you really do in my marriage we
have boundaries
you know boundaries set our you know we
are understanding that we both need time
away you know we both get our time out
when we need it you know we have
boundaries on things that we know that
we like and we dislike and we've shared
them with one another so that they you
know we can respect each other's you
know thing but boundaries are healthy in
every relationship even with your
children you should have boundaries life
in general comes with boundaries but
it's how you in okay one of my kids are
playing with our keys but I think in
life in general it's a must to have
boundaries because if you do not you're
not gonna have a healthy relationship
with somebody and you know one of my
boundaries that I have put up all over
with every relationship is at a certain
time during the night so six o'clock my
phone goes on sleep mode and with the
iPhone you have that option and I didn't
do that forever but I was getting calls
at like 9 10 11 o'clock at night and
this is clearly before I even started my
channel but just friends or family or
whatever calling me and I'm just like
whoa you know and all he's like Amy
that's just too late like your phone
should not be going off at that time at
night especially when this is when we're
sitting here and you know watching shows
together or chopped you know talking
talking
um you know but we're spending time with
one another and your phone's going off
whether it be text messages phone calls
emails whatever it could be and I'm just
like true so about five well about four
years ago my volume on my ringer has
been off ever since I had Omar because
it just was I I got so who's used to not
having my ringer on because of having a
baby around I just never had my ringer
on anymore
but also ever since then I at six
o'clock my phone goes on sleep mode
meaning I it click I you could set your
timing so you just go into your settings
and you set when you want the sleep mode
to start when you want your sleep mode
to end and I do that and 6 o'clock my
phone goes on sleep mode that means any
calls that come through they go directly
to my voicemail any messages that I have
they'll come through but I don't get
notified of them and it when my sleep
mode goes off then just everything goes
to normal and my phone will go back to
normal and all that um but I mean I have
like there's been times where well many
times that my mom even she'll call me at
like 9 10 11 12 o'clock in the night I'm
just like mom do you understand on that
first of all I've got a busy day that
you know I'm going all day long and you
could call me anytime during the daytime
but why do you call me so late at night
when either I'm resting finally or I'm
going to sleep so you know it is it's
again boundaries have to be implemented
you know and that's a boundary like with
my mom I told her I'm like you know you
have to know that you cannot call me at
these times of the night like it's just
not acceptable I'm not gonna have my
phone blown up and you know sitting on
the phone when I'm trying to spend time
with my husband so there's boundaries
you know about another boundary is that
I don't go and get on my phone
immediately in the morning when we very
first all wake up I mean I'll get on to
like answer messages so but I'm talking
about like talking on the phone
um because all he doesn't like when he
comes to join breakfast and stuff like
that
he doesn't like sitting there while I'm
on the phone that's time for us to spend
together so again it's all about
boundaries and how you want those to be
dinner time we don't let electronics
come upon the the table we don't you
know TV goes off everything goes up
because that is time that we spend
together as a family not sit at the
dinner table and just be on our phones
and watching TV it just doesn't work
that way
so yeah it's just all boundaries are a
healthy thing they don't have to be
something negative but you have to just
be very cautious and very compassionate
when you're putting a boundary down
though because sometimes people can take
boundaries as if you don't trust the
person or you don't like them or you're
pushing them away so you know putting
boundaries down can be very very you
just got to be very cautious when doing
it because you just don't want putting a
boundary down to hurt somebody because
that's not the intention of what a
boundary is for a boundary is something
to make the relationship a healthier
standpoint not a control thing nothing
like that
so anyways oh well you guys I am gonna
close here I need to go and get my
kiddos ready for bed I
I need my boundary time no I need my
downtime but I will check in with you
